My relationship with cooking began at a young age and quickly evolved into a way of life. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of collaborating with leading hospitality and restaurant groups in Greece and abroad, such as Barbarossa Paros & Bodrum, 91 Athens Riviera, and Domes Resorts, as well as taking on consulting roles for projects in Cairo, Kuwait, and Istanbul.
My journey has taken me from the kitchens of renowned hotels to educating the next generation of professionals as a culinary instructor. I have also served as a personal chef to distinguished personalities, including Gianna Angelopoulos, and I am currently a Michelin Star nominee for my work at Barbarossa Bodrum.
I believe that cuisine is an art form that brings people together. With passion for flavor, respect for ingredients, and dedication to detail, I continue to craft experiences that tell stories through food.
